And while the latter has been a special feature of Galaxy phones only because the competition had stopped offering a headphone jack, an AMOLED display has long been a major draw of Samsung's Android phones. This afternoon, at an event in China, Samsung launched Galaxy A8s; the world's first smartphone to feature an in-display hole with an Infinity-O display. On the hardware front, the Galaxy A8s is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 710 chipset. Samsung smartphone comes in only one variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expandable by up to 512GB via microSD card. Right of the Galaxy A8s sports the lock/ power button and the volume controls on top of each other. Samsung Galaxy A8s will start its pre-sale on December 21.
