Samsung overtaken with Chinese phone elect Xiaomi in India

As per Counterpoint Research, Xiaomi has beaten Samsung to become the largest phone industrialist with a market share of 25% in 2017's 4th quarter as compared to Samsung's 23% market share in India. Apple goes drop to being 3rd largest phone makerAlso, information from another market study organization, Canalys, indicate that Xiaomi shipped nearly 8.2 mn units in Q4 as compared to Samsung's 7.3 million. However, Samsung is continue at highest according to overall statistics of Financial Year 2017 with a market share of 24% while Xiaomi has share of 19%. It cited the German market study company GfK's information according to that Samsung has 45% price market share and 40% volume market share in India.
