Huawei remembered in 3rd place in the universal phone vendor rankings, taking a 9.8 per cent share in complete year 2017 and shrinking the gap with Apple and Samsung. Overall, Gartner tells total phone discounds exceeded 1.5 bn units in 2017 — a year-on-year raise of 2.7 per cent.
