Huawei Launches New Huawei P Smart 2019 Smartphone

as informed in Huawei is kicking off the new year with a new smartphone, the P Smart 2019. The update to the original P Smart, which launched in 2017, the phone has been upgraded with the Kirin 710 chipset and the AI camera we've seen on other flagship Huawei smartphones. Shirking the notch, the P Smart has a 6.21in,19.5:9, 2340x1080 screen with a dewdrop split in the screen to accommodate the 8MP f/2.0 wide-aperture front-facing camera. Huawei says that this means the CPU core is better utilised, and grants it 30 percent better GPU performance. The Huawei P Smart 2019 will be available to buy in the UK on 11 January 2019 from retailers including Carphone Warehouse, EE, O2, Three and Vodafone, in Midnight Black, Turquoise Blue and Aurora Blue.


Huawei Hits 200 Million Smartphone Sales in 2018

Huawei has announced today that shipments of its smartphones in 2018 have exceeded 200 million units. Back in Q3 alone, according to IDC, Huawei sold 52 million smartphones, that is below 72 million sold by Samsung and above 47 million sold by Apple. Because of the trade dispute between China and the US, Huawei smartphones have issues in the US, obviously capping the company's sales and restricting the markets.
